Premium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. built the Premium Collector app as a proprietary application provided to microfinance institutions for use by their field agents. This SERVICE is intended for use by authorized personnel only.

Camera Access (QR Code Scanning)
Used only to scan customer QR codes for account identification
No images or videos are stored or transmitted
Access is limited to the scanning functionality only
Storage Access
Temporarily stores receipts, offline records, sync logs, or transaction data
Ensures proper functioning in areas with poor connectivity.

Enable loan and deposit collection operations
Verify collector visits to customers
Improve performance and routes for operational management
Maintain compliance with client organization regulations
Improve app reliability and support
Maintain offline operation and sync with cloud servers
Identify customer accounts using QR scans
We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is only shared:
With the microfinance institution to which the collector belongs
With authorized technical personnel for support and maintenance
Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law
All data is stored securely, either locally on the local servers or on our cloud servers.

Sensitive customer or financial information is never exposed without authorization.
